Frequently Asked Questions

Do you change your pickup schedule based on holidays?

The only holiday that we observe with a schedule change is Christmas day. All other holidays will not change our normal pickup schedule.

Do you offer recycling pickup?

Unfortunately, we do not offer recycling pickup at this time. Please check back soon for additional services that may be offered in the near future.

What items are NOT allowed with normal trash pickup?

All trash items must be placed by the curb. No exceptions. We do not accept paint products, oil based products and gasoline products must be disposed of properly at a recycling center for environmental purposes. Please check with your local recycling center for common rules and regulations.

What are your office hours?

You can call or text your questions to (865) 266-9101. We are available from Monday – Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-11:00am.
